About Celeste
Celeste Budwit-Hunter, MA, LMFTA, received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of
Texas at Austin, and her Master's degree in Family Therapy
from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in the state of Texas. Celeste's varied work experience includes consulting and training with physicians, hospitals, health plans and employers. She has extensive training and experience teaching mindfulness, which can be helpful for anxiety and stress reduction, impulse control, and enhanced awareness.
A native Houstonian, Celeste is married and has a teenage stepdaughter.
